Our Mission

At Dog Home Alone – Separation Anxiety Specialist, my mission is to help dogs and their families live with more peace and confidence. Every dog deserves to feel safe when home alone, and every owner deserves kind, science-based support. I’m here to guide you with patience, understanding, and positive reinforcement β€” never fear or punishment.

Why I Train This Way

I use only evidence-based, force-free methods because dogs learn best when they feel safe. Training with fear or intimidation doesn’t just fail to solve the problem, it can actually make anxiety or aggression worse. By focusing on your dog’s emotions, I create personalized plans that truly help them thrive.

So, my mission is to help your dog in a way that:

  • Builds trust and strengthens your bond

  • Respects your dog’s natural ways of communicating

  • Creates lasting change by addressing the root cause of the behavior

  • Gives you practical tools you can use every day

Β

How I Train

πŸ”Ή I set realistic goals that match your dog’s comfort level
πŸ”Ή I use gentle techniques like desensitization and counterconditioning
πŸ”Ή I make sure your dog never feels overwhelmed
πŸ”Ή I support you every step of the way so you feel confident and prepared
